Limited spots available for this small group experience.

There are women who feel everything more deeply, think in constellations instead of lines, and create worlds out of thin air.

Women whose minds move fast and wide and beautifully strange.

Women who've spent a lifetime being told to turn it down — when the truth is, all you want is to turn it up!

This retreat is designed with love by one of those women and for others like us.

Why This Retreat Exists:

Where stimming is loved.

Where silence is just as welcome as words.

Where your sparkle has space to shine.

Illustration of a woman's face with half of her face and head open in flowers. highlighting beauty of neurodivergence

You don't need to be fixed. You need a room of other amazingly gifted women, where your brain is the feature, not the footnote.

A space where stimming is welcome,

hyperfocus is honored,

sensitivity is a superpower,

and the way your mind works isn't a barrier to healing

it's the doorway to it.

We've built this retreat around how you actually process, rest, create, and connect. Not the standard template.

Not the neurotypical playbook.

Learn to Create a Life That is Entirely Yours.

If this sounds like Xavier's School for gifted Youth. It is. Train here and take your gifts into your passions and pursuits that others tell you are impossible.

The Journey — Day by Day

Four days. No masking. No performing.

Just you, the mountain, and a circle of women who finally get it.

DAY ONE

You've Arrived

You arrive maybe a little unsure. Maybe hopeful. You've said yes to something, and part of you isn't quite sure why — only that something in you knew you needed to.

Within the first hour, something begins to soften.

Shoes come off. Laughter ripples through the space — the unexpected, oh thank god kind of laughter that happens when you realize you don't have to explain yourself here. No one is masking. No one is performing ease they don't feel. No one is making themselves smaller to fit a room that was never built for them.

There is a small group of us. Which means nowhere to hide — and nothing to hide from.

We gather for a heart-opening circle, guided by Patricia, an artist and writer whose work lives at the intersection of creativity and alchemy. Her journaling prompts aren't stiff or clinical. They're handcrafted invitations — the kind that reach past your defenses before you realize they've moved. Stories spill out. Things you've carried quietly for years find their way into words, held gently by women who actually get it.

Dinner is shared family-style. Grounding and nourishing, the way food can be when you're finally not eating alone in the metaphorical sense.

Then comes the shedding. A ceremony to release what you've been carrying — the exhaustion of always translating yourself, the overstimulation you've normalized, the quiet grief of moving through a world that wasn't designed for the way your mind and heart work.

You go to sleep lighter than you have in a long time.

DAY TWO

Journey Day

Illustration of a fairy holding a flower

You rise early, before the noise of thought has a chance to settle back in. The cold plunge waits — and the moment you enter it, something ancient in your nervous system snaps into clarity. You are here. Fully, undeniably here. In your body, which has been trying to tell you things for years.

What follows is the longest, deepest day. A six-hour journey inward — held, guided, witnessed by the three women beside you who are somewhere in it too. You fast. You go slow. You sit with what surfaces. For a nervous system that has spent decades on high alert, this kind of slowness is almost radical.

There's no rushing this part. No optimizing it. This is where the real work happens — in the hours that ask you to stay present when every trained instinct says manage, minimize, move on.

By evening, words feel small and unnecessary. You eat simply. You let the day move through you.

You go to sleep early, the way the body knows to do after it's finally been somewhere true.

DAY THREE

Recess Playtime

You wake up before sunrise and something is different. Looser. Almost electric. We'll start with a sunrise hike, and nature meditation.

Today is yours to play in — and for women who have spent most of their lives being too much or not enough, play is its own kind of medicine.

The hot tub. The laughter that builds on itself until no one can remember what started it.  There's a workshop that doesn't feel like a workshop. The kind that quietly rearranges something in the way you've been seeing yourself.

Take an excursion to Patricia's art studio and get your hands working through a creative physical manifestation of the generational trauma you're breaking, leave old shame, guilt, and stigma on the wall and get it out of your body through emotional alchemy through art making. Support is here for all levels to make their marks. This mural will outlast the weekend. The women who come after you will see it. And the ones after them. A layered, living record of women who came here and let themselves be seen.

Fire in the evening, and the way firelight always makes people honest and close and unhurried.

And then almost imperceptibly, you begin to feel the approaching of an ending.

We prepare for goodbyes and our final night together.

DAY FOUR

Good byes & The Return Home

You pack your things. But you're not leaving with what you came with.  One last cup of something warm. A conversation you didn't plan to have but needed more than you knew.

And then you go home.

But home feels like a different word now. Friendships forged in honesty and ceremony through an experience no one else will ever understand. A perspective on your life that finally fits the shape of who you actually are. A memory of what it felt like to be in a room where your sensitivity wasn't a problem to manage but a gift that was recognized.

You are not the same woman who entered this space.

Check-out by 9am.

What You'll Experience

Every practice we've woven into this retreat is chosen specifically for neurodivergent nervous systems — not adapted from mainstream wellness, but built from the ground up for the way we're wired.

In the words of our alumni:

  • Renewed sense of hope and lasting change: "I wanted to send you a quick note. I've been allowing myself to feel a lot more and cry in the moments, you know honoring that and I just wanted to tell you that you have been such a light in my life. You may not even realize how deeply I can feel your healing work. Your kind nature. You're beautiful inside and out. I wanted to extend my gratitude this morning for everything you did to support me during my retreat. I'm just so thankful in so, so, many ways. I can feel a new reality for my life now that I'd lost sight of entirely." - Melody

  • A deeply safe space held by women to support you through depth and shadow work when needed. "This space helped me feel safe enough to heal from sexual trauma and to navigate the painful decision to go no-contact with a parent. I never felt rushed, judged, or pushed in any direction. I was met with compassion, validation, and steady support. Through this work, I learned that survival is strength, boundaries are allowed, and healing doesn’t require me to minimize my story. I’ve gained clarity, confidence, and a sense of peace I didn’t have before. I would highly recommend this support to other survivors. From the moment I walked in, my body was respected. Each hug was asked and received." - Kelly

  • Providers experienced to support generational healing and channeling: "Wow. Just wow. My one-on-one retreat was something I'll never forget. It cracked me wide open even more in the most beautiful way -- full of love, release, and remembering. I tapped into my lineage in such a real way, especially through my maiden name...realizing its still such a deep part of me and holds power, not something to bury." - Cassie

  • Preparation that leaves you at ease: “The most supportive and informative preparation support I’ve received.” - Aaron

  • Someone beside you the whole way: “But her voice was just so incredibly soothing. Soothing is not a strong enough word honestly, it was perfect. She was asking me questions and at that point I just really couldn't answer. I was so in the Journey, but she sat with me and it was wonderful and comforting, knowing that she was right there and that if I needed anything, she would be able to help me." - Liz

  • Everything handled for you: “Absolutely everything was taken care of.”

  • Connection: “It proves we are all connected.” Kara

  • Support after you go home: “You have given me the tools.” - Melody

  • Container personalized to your needs within a small group: “If anyone is considering this work, you’re held with such graceful expertise, care and knowledge that you’re not alone in it. The potential benefits are so big and I’ve never found another way to get to this level of openness, compassion through other healing work.” – Clarice

The Gathering Place

Corrales: January 2027

Nestled along the Rio Grande in the village of Corrales, our venue offers beautiful views of the bosque and the Sandia Mountains in a quiet, secluded neighborhood a short drive from Albuquerque International Sunport.

The air feels different here: spacious, like your nervous system can finally exhale. Far enough from the city to slow down and breathe, close enough to reach from most major airports.

Here, the scent of cottonwood and earth brings you back to the rhythms of the wild. You’ll watch sunrises and sunsets paint the Sandia Mountains, look up at a sky full of stars, and walk land that has held women in healing for a long time.

Meet your Journey Guide

Patricia's Words

I believe our teachers and guides can only take us as far as they have walked in their own personal healing path. I'm intentional about who I trust in my own healing, choosing only people who have done the work themselves. I've built my team the same way: individuals who've faced their own truth and had the courage to walk their own path. Those who've acquired their gifts through lived experiences.

My work is not informed by textbooks, clinical sterility, or the rigidity and inflexibility of Western medicine. My work is rooted in compassion, connection, and reverence for the complexities of being human.

In "healing" spaces where people are left feeling unseen, not accommodated, or diminished, I offer a gentle in tuned approach that has led to profound healing.

Healing beyond my wildest dreams blending art, writing, plant medicine, ancient practices, modern research in innovative and impactful methods.

I'm experienced in healing complex trauma and difficult transformative experiences, including: depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, narcissistic recovery, sobriety, chronic pain/autoimmune conditions, CPTSD, PTSD, and the loneliness and relational challenges of coming to awareness of neurodivergence as an adult.

I'd be happy to speak about your unique situation and explore if there is a good fit to work together. Regardless of the outcome, I'm always happy to share education, referrals, and further resources.

Hear From Our Clients

Cassie, Mother of toddler boys

"That opening cleansing ceremony was everything. My retreats was a  sacred experience. We did private yoga, a cold plunge, even burned pieces of pain and people who no longer get to hold power over me. Felt like I came home to myself. I'm still integrating it all, but just wanted to share the highlights. Can't wait to do the next one. Truly...this work is magic."

How It Works

FAQ

Q: I've never been to a retreat before. Is this okay for beginners?

A: Absolutely. Many of our guests come to their first retreat with us. You don't need any prior experience with healing work, meditation, or group settings. We'll guide you through everything — before you even arrive, your prep coaching call will help you know exactly what to expect.

Q: I struggle in group settings. Will I be okay here?

A: This is probably the most gentle group setting you'll ever be in. Everyone here is wired similarly. There's no performing, no small talk pressure, no masking required. Silence is welcome. You're allowed to just exist. Connection tends to happen naturally, without anyone forcing it.

Q: What if I need alone time during the retreat?

A: Yes — intentionally built in. Rest and solitude are part of the design, not an afterthought. You will never be required to be "on" for the full four days.

Q: Where exactly is the retreat located?

A: We gather at a private property in the mountains just outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico, surrounded by high desert landscape and open sky. We'll share the exact address after you reserve your spot.

Q: What should I bring?

A: We'll send you a full packing list during your preparation period. In general: comfortable layers for cool desert mornings and warm afternoons, something you don't mind getting paint on, and an open heart. Everything else we'll take care of.
