You my dear, are your own greatest healer.

My Story

My work and my way of living has been shaped and defined by diverse traditions of healing through ancient practices, modern alternative therapies, and traditional methods. My teachers come from India, Thailand and across many states, faith traditions and cultures including California, Louisiana, New Mexico, Washington, and Colorado. I am a daughter of Northern New Mexican descent on my matrilineal line. I follow healers who walk on this earth and many energies who I access through other frequencies and non-verbal means.

I’m a Jill-Of-All Trades practicing intentionally across multiple disciplines.

Writer.

Painter.

Multi-disciplinary Artist.

Therapeutic art guide.

Nature play guide.

Energy bodyworker specialize in trauma and chronic pain.

My background is shaped not my textbooks and degrees but acquired through intentional living, careful study, and deep dedication to my own healing. Trusting that my own healing is the greatest message of hope for others from Julia Cameron's teachings.

I’ve navigated and moved through cutting the thick ties of generational trauma from those who didn't have the freedom, agency or resources I have been blessed to carry. Religious trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, eating disorders, complex PTSD, and the long-term impact of brain injuries are all realms I have spent considerable personal work and now areas I support clients to overcome.

Alongside that, I’ve spent years studying and practicing different approaches to healing and self-understanding. I'm life coach certified in grief as well as neurodivergence with particular focus on Autism and ADHD.

I trained in touch and trauma-informed energetic bodywork at McKinnon Body Therapy in Oakland, where I learned how the body stores and processes experience—and how real change often happens beyond just talking or thinking.

I’ve also practiced yoga for over 20 years, starting with Rodney Yee VHS tapes focused on body awareness, emotional regulation, flexibility, and mindfulness practices.

Today, I work with individuals who are navigating life transitions, grief, loss, identity shifts, or moments where they know something needs to change.

Many have felt silenced or disconnected from themselves.

Many are ready to do the work to live differently.

I offer 1:1 coaching in:

  • Psychedelic assisted therapy preparation and integration

  • Coaching for autistic adults and neurodivergent individuals

  • Grief and loss support

  • Life transition and transformation

  • Intuitive development through art and nature rituals

I also work as a plant medicine guide and retreat host, creating spaces for deeper exploration, healing, and reset.

As an art teacher, I work with people of all skill levels to use painting and creative practice as a way to access the subconscious, reconnect with intuition, and build a stronger internal compass.

My approach is not one-size-fits-all. It’s about helping you understand your brain, your body, and your patterns—so you can start working with yourself instead of against yourself.

At the core of my work is a simple belief:

You are your own greatest healer.

I’m here to help you see that clearly and to support you in building the skills to create real, lasting change in your life.
