return policy

I. General Policy Framework

All purchases made through Invocation Healing Arts, including but not limited to retreats, artwork, classes, digital products, books, private sessions, and related services, are subject to the policies set forth below.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These policies are disclosed prior to purchase and form part of the binding agreement between the purchaser and Invocation Healing Arts.

II. Retreat Deposits and Payments

All retreat deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Retreat programming requires advance contractual commitments for venues, lodging, facilitators, staffing, supplies, and administrative costs that are incurred prior to the retreat date and cannot be recovered once reserved.

II.I Transfer of Participation

Participants who are unable to attend a retreat may request a transfer of their payment to a future retreat date under the following conditions:

  • Written notice must be provided at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled retreat start date

  • Transfer approval is subject to availability and administrative confirmation

  • Approved transfers must be used within three (3) months of the original retreat date

Requests made within thirty (30) days of the retreat may be approved solely at the discretion of Invocation Healing Arts in cases of documented emergency or extraordinary circumstance.

2.2 Organizer Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Invocation Healing Arts cancels or reschedules a retreat due to facilitator illness, safety concerns, insufficient enrollment, or force majeure events, participants shall be offered a transfer, credit, or rescheduling option. Monetary refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

III Artwork Purchases

All artwork purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Original artwork

  • Limited edition prints

  • Photographic works

  • Custom or commissioned pieces

Due to the unique, fragile, and often one-of-a-kind nature of artwork, as well as the substantial costs associated with packaging, shipping, insurance, and handling, returns cannot be accepted once a work has been shipped or delivered.

III.I Damaged Shipments

If artwork arrives damaged in transit, the purchaser must notify Invocation Healing Arts within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide photographic documentation. The company will assist in filing claims with the carrier where applicable.

IV Classes, Workshops, and Trainings

All registrations for classes, workshops, and training programs are non-refundable.

Participants who cannot attend may request a transfer to a future session with at least seven (7) days written notice, subject to availability. Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiture of the registration fee.

Instructional recordings or materials may be provided at the discretion of Invocation Healing Arts but are not guaranteed.

V Books, Digital Products, and Educational Materials

All sales of books, downloadable materials, recordings, and digital educational products are final and non-refundable.

Because digital products are accessible immediately upon delivery, they cannot be returned or revoked once provided.

Invocation Healing Arts will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical access issues but is not responsible for device compatibility or user technical limitations.

VI Private Sessions and Services

Fees for private sessions, consultations, or custom services are non-refundable once scheduled.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least forty-eight (48) hours notice. Reschedules are required to be used within thirty (30) days or forfeit credit.
Missed appointments or late cancellations will be considered completed services and are not eligible for credit or refund.

VII Discretionary Exceptions

Invocation Healing Arts may, at its sole discretion, grant exceptions to these policies in cases of documented medical emergency, natural disaster, or comparable hardship.

The granting of any exception shall not constitute a waiver of these policies nor establish a precedent for future transactions.

VIII Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from purchases or services shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of New Mexico.
