Our retreats serve those seeking a quieter, more private path to healing—especially neurodivergent, highly sensitive people, caretakers, and those too depleted to heal in groups.

✨ 21-Day Preparation – You’ll be guided through intentional practices to prepare your body, mind, and spirit for the work ahead, ensuring you arrive grounded, open, and ready to receive.

✨ 4-Day / 3-Night Retreat – Immersed in the healing mountains of the Cibola National Forest, you’ll experience deep ceremony, moon rituals, writing, somatic movement, and connection with women walking a similar path of awakening.

✨ Integration Support – After you return home, you’ll receive guidance to bring the insights and breakthroughs from retreat into your everyday life, so the transformation continues to unfold long after the weekend ends.
