Patricia is a wellness professional having studied trauma, bodywork, EFT, and spent countless hours in talk therapy she's developed her own alternative and evidence based methodology to heal herself and heal others. She's a certified coach in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Preparation and Aftercare Integration. She's specialized in supporting women heal from pain to regain joy, peace, and freedom with particular expertise in corporate burnout, highly sensitive people, and caretakers who deserve to be well cared for and supported in peace and privacy.

I'm In! But How Does It Work? 

Each of the healing modalities we incorporate into our single-day retreats has more clinical research to support it than you'd like to read, so we've selected some of our favorites here.

Neuroplasticity Practices: Each of the practices that we've built into our retreats and our aftercare are known to increase neuroplasticity, which is one of our bodies' most natural and powerful healers. You will leave us with an expanded mind and a new set of skills to carry into your life. Our aftercare support that follows you in our 2 included coaching calls will continue to teach you new skills to continue to build this "muscle" to self-repair as you continue to age. 

Plant Medicines: Increase serotonin and activate 5-HT2A receptors in our brains to temporarily disrupt rigid thought patterns, addictive behaviors, and harmful thoughts. There is medical efficacy for people experiencing depression, anxiety, complex trauma, compulsive behaviors, addiction, fear of dying, and more.

Cold Plunge: While these can be very difficult at first, with guided breathwork support, this is an incredibly ancient beneficial practice that many of our alumni have come to adopt long after their retreats with us. 

Cold Plunges for less than 3 Minutes Increase/Improve:Norepinephrine, Mood, Focus, Confidence, Energy, Lymphatic Flow, Immune System, Mental Clarity, Brown Fat - Metabolism, Blood Pressure Regulation, Cardiovascular Health, Autophagy, and Lead To Better Sleep. 

Cold Plunges for less than 3 Minutes Decreases/Lowers: Soreness, Muscle Spasms, Chronic Pain, Inflammation, Cortisol Levels, Stress, Anxiety, Heart Rate.


Creative Practices: We offer built-in creative practices into the preparation, retreat day, and aftercare, which are scientifically proven to do the following. Regulate the nervous system by lowering cortisol, reducing hypervigilance, and activating the peaceful side of our nervous system, aka the parasympathetic. Integrate fragmented memory by engaging the left and right hemispheres of the brain, helping process implicit pre-verbal memories and explicit verbal memories supporting trauma resolution. These practices also help regulate feelings without overwhelm.

In Your Private Healing Experience

Not Included: In order to keep our single day retreats as accessible as possible for investment of time and money and due to the portability of our Chicago pop up we do not include lodging or chef prepared meals. You will be responsible for booking your own Airbnb and for transportation before and after. 

Choosing into this experience will not just provide you one single day of deep transformative healing care but you'll gain access to a support network to help you to the steps you desire before and after your day retreat in order to access and create the life you desire with relief from your past.

Sample Schedule

8am - 10am

  • We'll gather in the morning at an Airbnb you’ve reserved.

  • Having set your intentions and plans from our preparatory sessions we can dive in.

  • We’ll begin with heart opening practices, breathwork, guided art play, journaling, and a cleansing practice of your choice (Cold Plunge, Breathwork, Mindful Walk, or Art Play).

10am - 4pm

  • Breakfast with Tea ceremony to begin journey.

  • Guided safe, loving, support every step of your journey.

  • Ceremony closure.  and prepare for sleep

4pm - 5pm

  • Ceremony closure. Saying goodbye. 

5pm onward

  • Quiet alone time processing day and preparing for sleep.

Post Journey:

We will meet for 2 private coaching and processing sessions to integrate your realization, learnings, and breakthroughs withint the 3 weeks following your retreat. 

You'll have access to complimentary ongoing bi-weekly small group integration sessions on Wednesday evenings. Other providers typically charge $65-200 per session. 

You'll have access to book private 1:1 coaching sessions for long term wellness support with Patricia. 

You'll receive invites to seasonal alumni gatherings with Invocation Retreats. This is an opportunity to revisit art play, wellness practices, education and community witnessing and sharing to inspire your ongoing growth and expansion! 

*Two nights in an Airbnb preferred to step away from day to day responsibilities at home. Written exception approval required to journey in your space.

Hi Chicago! My Name is Patricia Stellamares

​I believe our teachers and guides can only take us as far as they have walked in their own personal healing path. I'm intentional about who I trust in my own healing, choosing only people who have done the work themselves. I've built my team the same way: individuals who've faced their own truth and had the courage to walk their own path. Those who've acquired their gifts through lived experiences. 

My work is not informed by textbooks, clinical sterility, or the rigidity and inflexibility of Western medicine. My work is rooted in compassion, connection, and reverence for the complexities of being human.

In "healing" spaces where people are left feeling unseen, not accommodated, or diminished, I offer a gentle in tuned approach that has led to profound healing.

Healing beyond my wildest dreams blending art, writing, plant medicine, ancient practices, modern research in innovative and impactful methods.

I'm experienced in healing complex trauma and difficult transformative experiences, including: depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, narcissistic recovery, sobriety, chronic pain/autoimmune conditions, CPTSD, PTSD, and the loneliness and relational challenges of coming to awareness of neurodivergence as an adult. 

I'd be happy to speak about your unique situation and explore if there is a good fit to work together. Regardless of the outcome, I'm always happy to share education, referrals, and further resources.

Along the journey of this retreat you'll be shown and you'll experience alternative healing modalities designed to disrupt your brain's learned responses to trauma. To open up your natural neuroplasticity to heal your own self. You'll end the afternoon early with time to rest and process in your renewed understanding and peace. Each of our client wakes up the next day reporting a newfound sense of peace not felt before. A new clarity about what is next for themselves and about what no longer needs to be carried into their next chapter.
